If you know me you know that I LOVE tea! You would also know that for the last year my stomach has not been the same as it used to be. But this post is for those of you who don’t know me, because if you did, you would also know I have found a tea that has helped a lot with my “stomach issues”- Saje Eater’s Digest Tea.
Do you struggle with gut issues, IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) or maybe a food intolerance? Although discussing this subject may make some people feel uncomfortable (Ha ha, see what I did there?) I can assure you that this Saje tea can be the answer to a lot of your stomach problems.
Eater’s Digest ingredients: Organic licorice, organic anise seed, organic peppermint and organic spearmint. One of my favourite ingredients is the peppermint, because it reduces inflammation, aids with digestion, reduces pain and it smells amazing. The taste of this tea is the absolute BEST. It has a sweet aftertaste, but nothing overpowering. It has the perfect blend of flavour- I drink it black.
For the last year I have been experiencing pain and a lot of discomfort with my stomach after eating certain foods. I was never like this before, but all of a sudden depending on what I ate I would feel awful. After many doctors appointments and cutting things out of my diet one at a time (gluten, dairy etc.) to figure out what was causing this, I now have a routine that works for me. However, even when I follow this routine that has worked the best for me, I still often get a sore stomach. Until I discovered this tea. There are a few products I use daily to help with this and Eater’s Digest is one of them.
I have 1 cup (sometimes 2) a day. I have my cup after breakfast every morning, and this helps to ensure my stomach is feeling good right away to start my day off right. I also find having it first thing in the morning helps to prevent bad flare-ups throughout the day. I will also have a cup after a big meal, or if my stomach is really sore in general. Bottom line, this tea is helpful as a preventative measure, as well as after the fact when you have eaten something and get discomfort.
Whether you are like me and need something to help your stomach feel better after eating, or you have a more severe case like a food intolerance as mentioned above, after trying Eater’s Digest tea I can say with confidence it will become a staple in your tea collection as it has for me. It retails for C$16.95 and you can view it here.
What do you think of Eater’s Digest, would you try it? If you drink it already, what are your thoughts? Let me know in the comments below, I would love to hear from you!
