Clarins- Moisture-Rich Body Lotion Review

Good morning beauties, hope you had a great long weekend!  We had some nice sunny weather here in Ottawa and so it’s time to bust out the dresses and shorts.  In doing so one of the concerns is that winter dry skin, ew.  I was given the Clarins Moisture-Rich Body Lotion at the Cityline Dave Lackie event in April and it’s absolutely awesome!

The Body Shop- Vanilla Eau De Toilette

Today i’m talking vanilla- my favourite scent! Ever since I have been old enough to wear fragrance or moisturizers/body butters with scent, I ALWAYS go for vanilla (okay, or coconut too).  One of the very first stores I would shop for these products at was The Body Shop, and to this day I still use a lot of their products and they are staples in my collection/routine.  One of my all time favourites is the Vanilla Eau De Toilette spray.

I used to always use the vanilla oil, but unfortunately it was discontinued.  However, this eau de toilette spray is quite good as well.  The vanilla scent is almost identical to the oil they used to make, however, the only downfall is that the eau de toilette doesn’t last as long as the oil did.  Tip: To get this to last a little longer, I apply it right away after I take a shower on my pulse points.

What I love most about this product is how light and fresh it is.  It’s not heavy and it isn’t overly powerful.  I personally don’t like fragrances that are really strong and overbearing on the senses, I prefer more “natural” scents.  It is very sweet and is hands down one of my favourite vanilla scents.  The Vanilla Eau De Toilette retails for C$16.00 in stores, and they also sell a Vanilla Body Spray Mist which you can see here.  I have used other brands vanilla products, but nothing has measured up to my all-time favourite from The Body Shop.  I am also keeping my fingers crossed that they bring back the oil version!

Have you tried any Vanilla products from The Body Shop?

5 Ways To Feel Beautiful Today…

As a beauty blogger I obviously post a lot about makeup and product reviews.   These items are used on our outside physical appearance and can give us a confidence boost, but I am a big advocate for feeling beautiful on the inside as well.   In my daily routine I incorporate a lot of things that “feed my soul” and make me happy.  Some of these are meditation, drinking tea and lots of water, waking up early and making it a point to enjoy the little things.  We often get stressed out and feel down because of life’s everyday stress.  It’s not easy and the days go by quick between work, running around, family and friends etc.  Here are some tips i’d like to share that help me feel beautiful and happy on the inside, which in turn boosts my confidence and makes me feel beautiful on the outside.  Being happy on the inside projects itself outwardly, and this creates a very rewarding life!

1. Morning tea ritual

Every single day I look forward to having my morning tea.  Whether I have it before I go to work or when I get to work, this is something that makes me happy.  Tea is a great drink because it has a lot of health benefits, but the main reason I like doing this is also because of the “act”.  By this I mean it is part of my morning “ritual” and you can use these as a form of meditation.  For me boiling the water, putting the tea leaves in my steeper and then drinking my tea is an act of meditation.  I look forward to this, and doing this means I am bringing mindfulness into my routine.

2. Talk to someone you love

This may seem like an “obvious” one, but when I say talk I mean either in person or over the phone.  With texting, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat etc. we tend to get caught up in this virtual world.  While these social media outlets are great to connect with others, they can also bog you down.  I would suggest seeing a friend, family member or significant other in person and having a nice conversation.  If you can’t see them in person then avoid the texting for a day and actually give them a call.  Hearing someone’s voice and the warmth you get from talking to someone you care about goes a long way, and it eliminates the disconnect texting can cause because it gives you that personal touch.

3. Put something positive out on display

I am a big believer in meditation and the law of attraction.  My bedroom is a space I have set up with Buddha’s, incense, salt lamps and my own meditation corner.  You can  set up an entire room, a little corner or even just have one thing out on display.  Whatever it may be, make sure it brings you joy when you look at it.  For example, I have a meditation corner set up in my room and a vision board up on my wall.  My vision board is a collage of things i’d like to achieve, and every morning when I wake up I look at it and it sets a positive intention for my day.  I think it’s a wonderful idea to have something out on display that brings nothing but positive thoughts to you when you look at it.  Same applies with anything you may have out already, if it brings you any negative emotions or bad memories then get rid of it – your home should be a positive space and bring you comfort.

4. Be grateful

With social media, pop culture and the standards we set for ourselves, it can be easy to get trapped in an “I wish” frame of mind.  I think it’s really important to be mindful and not focus on the “I wish I had this” or “I wish I looked like her/him” or “I wish I had what she/he has”.  Instead of beating yourself up and creating these negative perceptions, focus on the things you DO feel you have.  Be grateful for what you have and you will start to notice other things turn into positive elements in your life.  What you think and feel is what you send out into the universe, and this is what you will attract back- think of this as positive affirmations.  Sure sometimes we are unlucky and bad things happen, but it could just be an unfortunate circumstance or a bad day not a bad “life”.  I try really hard not to dwell on anything negative that occurs.  For example, in the last week I had two tires on my new car go flat because of unavoidable potholes in the road.  I was upset at first because it cost me a lot to get two new tires 1 week apart, but in the end I told myself being upset will help nothing.  It happened and I needed two new tires.  Being upset over that would only cause me more stress and make me anxious.  Instead I told myself “It could always be worse, and at least I was not hurt when the tire went flat on two separate occasions.”  I did not get into an accident or harm anyone else either.  In my opinion there is always a positive side to things, you just have to have an open mind and push yourself to see it.

5. Appreciate nature

I know going for a hike is not everyone’s idea of a fun time.  But you don’t have to do intense outside activities to enjoy nature.  The earth is our element known for its strength, wisdom and growth.  I know not all of you believe in things like this like I do, but I encourage you to try to see it that way.  If you can’t then simply appreciate it for what it is.  One of my favourite things to do is go for a walk down by the river and take a blanket with me.  I love to sit there and listen to the water and take in the sunshine.  Breathing in fresh air brings a certain calmness to a chaotic day or week.  Even if you don’t like spending time outside, I would even suggest just sitting out on your front steps and letting the rays of sunshine soak in.

Opal Frame

Some of these suggestions might seem cliché or perhaps even silly (e.g. my morning tea ritual lol).  But I can assure you that you don’t need BIG things to make a change or to feel good on the inside.  Sometimes it’s all of the little things that add up and make us happier.  We live in a world where physical items and grand gestures are viewed as important so that we can capture it and post it on social media.  So I encourage you to embrace and notice the little things and see if it brings you more happiness.  I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, if you have some tips on how to feel beautiful on the inside please write them below!

Namaste xo

VIIcode- Oxygen Eye Mask Review

Dark circles? Tired eyes? Fine lines? New York  company VIIcode has a wonderful Oxygen Eye Mask product that can help with all of these things!  Face masks are one of my favourite things, so I was really intrigued and excited to try out these eye masks.  Before we dive in, I would  like to thank VIIcode for sending me their product.

I have always been one to take care of my skin, however, since turning 25 (no, I’m not calling myself “old”) I am really interested in how our skin changes with age and really ensure to choose the products I put on it wisely.  Our under eye area is so delicate and I am very careful with my makeup application in this area, and I also use a daily night repair eye cream.

VIIcode has created masks specifically for the under eye area.  According to the packaging “We want your eye skin to be the best it can be from the inside out. VIIcode oxygen eye mask provide everything your eye skin needs to be healthy- all the essential vitamins, antioxidants, proteins, botanicals, peptides and essential fatty acids. Say goodbye to tired eyes, dark circles, and fine lines- now you can always look refreshed, bright-eyed and lively… Cool gel conform to the shape around the eye, infiltrating the entire area in soothing botanical extracts.” Doesn’t that sound awesome??

Not only does this sound great, but the product actually delivers what is promised.  For a course of treatment you must use 3 boxes, and you apply an eye mask 2 or 3 times a week.  The eye mask has a gel-like material, and upon application you can feel a cooling sensation.  You then leave the mask on for up to 8 hours (no more).  This is an overnight treatment which makes it different from other sheet masks on the market.  Also, the more treatments you do (i.e. continued use) the better your results.

I have used the eye mask overnight and also during the day.  If I know I have a busy day and won’t be at home I wear it overnight.  If I know I will be having a relaxed day staying in then I have used it during the day while I am awake.  Either way the product is extremely convenient and easy to use.  You just peel off the plastic barrier and apply on cleansed skin- it’s so simple!

Here I am wearing the masks:

Here is a shot of the product up close, the side with the plastic is the piece you peel off and this side goes on the skin:

After doing the full treatment I can say that this has made my under eye area look brighter and more awake, which I am told as we get older products that provide this result give you a more youthful appearance.  My skin is also a lot more hydrated, and this is the best for your concealer/makeup application.  Unfortunately I can’t speak so much to the effect on dark circles as I don’t really have dark circles, however, it has really helped brighten and hydrate my skin, so I imagine the brightening effect would help with dark circles too.  My favourite part is that my concealer blends in so well and because the hydration diminishes the look of fine lines the concealer doesn’t sit in there and show up.  I am so happy with the results!

You can purchase an individual box for $58.00 here or a full course treatment (3 box set) for $174.00 here.

Eden’s Semilla- Vitamin E and Jojoba oil Review

Continuing with the Winter skin-savers, today’s post is all about oil for skin moisturizing.  Eden’s Semilla have sent me their Vitamin E oil and Jojoba oil, and both are fantastic!  If you have not tried moisturizing your skin with oil,  I highly recommend you start- you can thank me later 😉

I have used many oils as part of my skincare routine, I use them on my face as well as my body.  I have tried various different brands oils, and I can assure you that Eden’s Semilla is top of the line.  Both the Vitamin E and Jojoba oil are so moisturizing on the skin, they really give you the conditioned skin texture and look we are all after.

Vitamin E oil

This is a special kind of Vitamin E oil, because it is a blend of Organic Rosehip and Jojoba.  I really liked using this all over my body and my nails.  Using this on my nails really helped to condition my cuticles.

The packaging reads “Topical Vitamin E contains excellent healing properties for damaged or tired looking skin. A rich blend of organic Jojoba and Rosehip delivers a natural carrier oil that is easily absorbed, fast acting and full of natural goodness. Hydrates and nourishes all in one.”

All of these ingredients work wonders on the skin.  I even noticed a difference in a small scar I have.  Using this oil on it helped to take down the redness and puffiness by conditioning it.  Rosehip and Jojoba are both great oils for diminishing the appearance of scars, I have used Rosehip seed oil on its own before, and it really does make a difference.

Benefits listed on the packaging:

  • Antioxidant protection
  • Non greasy
  • High absorbency
  • Hydrates & nourishes

Jojoba Oil

The Jojoba oil contains Vitamin C and fatty acids for skin defence.

The packaging reads “Closely resembling a sebum, a substance naturally produced by skin glands to promote a softer, more radiant complexion. Contains Vitamin C and essential fatty acids for all round skin defence. A natural conditioner that leaves hair silky smooth- lasting protection for the skin and scalp.”

Jojoba oil is great because it mimics the natural oil your body produces, that is why it is so effective when used on the skin.  It is known to improve dryness and skin texture.  I applied this on my body and feet.  After doing a foot soak with some epsom salts and lavender essential oil, I applied the Jojoba oil to my feet, and it helped a lot with any dryness I had.

Benefits listed on packaging:

  • Natural conditioner
  • Non greasy
  • Protects and repairs
  • High absorbency

Both oils are 100% natural, and extremely conditioning for the skin, but on top of this they are also fast-absorbing and non-greasy.  This is a HUGE plus in my books.  Personally, I don’t like it when my skin feels greasy, or like there is residue on it after using a product- especially oils (even though this can be hard to avoid.)  Eden’s Semilla oils absorb so well into the skin, and you can barely feel any residue leftover.

Both oils are beneficial for:

  • Skin
  • Hair
  • Nails

After using these oils for about two weeks, I notice a difference in the overall consistency of my skin.  By this I mean normally in Winter I have to moisturize my body every single day to avoid getting dry skin, and by the next day I notice my skin already feeling tight and needing to be moisturized again.  Yet since I have been using the Eden’s Semilla oils, my skin still feels conditioned by the next day when I go to moisturize again.  I really like the texture of these oils as well, they are both not too thick and not too thin.  They are very easy to spread on the skin- a little goes a long way, and scent wise they are both very light.

Tip: I like to use these together as well!  If you are pressed for time, or you don’t want to wait for the oil to absorb, I suggest mixing this with body moisturizer.  I put some drops of each in the palm of my hand and mix it with my favourite body moisturizer.  This way it spreads on evenly, and you don’t have to wait as long to get dressed.

In terms of product, Eden’s Semilla offer natural oils, essential oils and facial serums.  You can shop their products by clicking here.  The Vitamin E oil retails for $18.95 for 60ml and $28.95 for 120ml.  The Jojoba oil retails for $19.95 for 60ml and $24.95 for 120ml.  Both oils also come with a dropper that conveniently fits on the bottle.

IQ Natural & Organics- Coconut Brown Sugar Scrub Review

Here in Canada, we are getting into our colder winter months.  Those of you who are in this with me know how awful winter can be on your skin.  So my next few posts will focus on some wonderful products you can use to keep that soft and hydrated skin throughout these winter months.

To start things off I have an awesome sugar scrub by IQ Natural & Organics!

Between the cold weather and heating it’s tough to catch a break.  But fear not my lovelies- there is something you can do!

I am avid on using moisturizer.  I moisturize my face and body every single day.  Even if you do this, you can STILL get dry skin, and it’s so frustrating. One of my solutions to getting rid of dead skin are scrubs.  It’s amazing how well they work.

IQ Natural & Organics sent me their Coconut Brown Sugar Scrub and I’m in love.  First of all, the smell is AMAZING.  I have used other scrubs before, but this is by far the one with the best scent in my opinion.  IQ Natural & Organics products are made in Gladstone, Oregon, USA and they are handcrafted!

Texture wise, it is like any scrub and once it gets wet it dissolves quickly.  The texture reminds me of sand.  Very fine particles.

Here are some photos for a closer look:

The Coconut Brown Sugar Scrub label reads: “With all natural organic coconut, honey, argan oil, vitamin E & hypoallergenic.  Powerful 10% alpha hydroxyl acid stimulates new collagen and elastin production.  Exfoliate away dead skin and reveal smooth & refreshed skin.”

Ingredients listed are: organic white sugar, olive oil, argan oil, 10% glycotic acid, essential oils, herbs and honey.

The product is:

  • Vegan
  • Gluten-Free
  • Paraben-Free
  • Sulfate-Free
  • Cruelty-Free
  • Has Aloe Vera
  • Has High Organic Content
  • pH balanced (4.5-5.5)

I used this in the shower and my skin was so soft, and even softer after I moisturized.  It leaves your skin feeling so nice, but not tight or any residue- YAY.   The coconut oil in it is moisturizing so it didn’t leave my skin feeling dry.

Two suggestions I have to get the best results from the product:

1. Make sure to really give yourself a good rinse off in the shower before you get out.  That way you avoid having a residue feeling (if it were possible to get), or some of the tiny particles left on the skin.

2. Make sure to let the water rinse out the base of your shower or tub.  Once you rinse this off of your skin it accumulates in the base of the tub.  Seeing as the colour of this scrub is brown you can really see where it accumulates, I found it took a bit of extra rinsing to get it to melt and go down the drain.

I am so in love with the scent of this product, and how exfoliated my skin feels after!  This will be one of my best-friends this Winter season.

You can find IQ Natural & Organics online by clicking here.  The Coconut Brown Sugar Scrub retails for $26.00, you can view it here on their website.

Maison Jacynthe- Eyeshadow and Lipstick Review

Looking for a new eyeshadow or lipstick? Maison Jacynthe is the answer!  If you know me, you know I am all about eyeshadow.  I wear it every time I do my makeup, and I’m always looking for new colours to pair together and different finishes.  Maison Jacynthe sent me two eyeshadows and a lipstick to review, and I have found 3 new pieces to add to my “staples” collection.

Maison Jacynthe is a Canadian brand, products are made in Québec- YAY!  I love this quote from their brochure “Our 100% natural and active products are real food for the skin.”  You can use their products with confidence, knowing you are treating your skin to natural ingredients, not chemicals.

What you WON’T find in Maison Jacynthe products:

  • No petroleum byproducts
  • No artificial fragrances
  • No artificial preservatives

Maison Jacynthe’s active ingredients and fragrances come from plants and flowers.  I absolutely love this!

Here are some shots of the individual products I received:

Eyeshadow- 02 Crema:

Here is a closer look:

Crema is a beautiful shade.  I would say it is a bit of a cross between a frost and a lustre finish.  I use it as a highlight on the inner corner of the eyes, brow bone, or the entire mobile lid.  It is very rare for me to use a frost or lustre finish eyeshadow on my mobile lid, I love matte shades.  I usually only use the frost or lustre as a highlight shade on the eye.

Due to the fact that I have hooded lids, putting a finish like this all over the mobile lid or crease, usually ends up resulting in my eyes looking even more hooded.  When you apply these finishes to a hooded eye it captures the light (which brings things forward) and emphasizes the hood on the eye, making it look more severe than it actually is.  However, with this Maison Jacynthe eyeshadow I do not have this problem.  I actually love it all over the mobile lid, it is soft enough to not make the hooded lid stand out.  So to all my fellow hooded-eye beauties who are looking to add some sparkle to their collection- this is a must  if you normally tend to stay away from frost or lustre finishes for the same reasons I do- you will love this one!!

Eyeshadow- 09 Affogato:

Here is a closer look:

Affogato is AMAZING.  I can remember when I was 18 and going to prom, my Mom did my makeup for me.  She used this gorgeous purple/grey Revlon shade on my eyes and I was absolutely in love with it.  When I went to repurchase it after I ran out of it, I was disappointed to discover they discontinued the shade.  Affogato is almost exactly the same shade as that Revlon eyeshadow I was so sad to not be able to repurchase.  Maison Jacynthe’s shade is a gorgeous charcoal grey with a slight purple undertone.  If you have hazel eyes like me, or green eyes, it really makes them pop.  I love to use this shade in the crease.

I love to pair both these eyeshadows together.  Using Crema on my mobile lid, Affogato in the crease, and a bit of black eyeshadow on the outter V and lashline, and finish with some black mascara.  Both eyeshadows retail for C$22.00 each.

Moving on to lips, Maison Jacynthe also sent me this gorgeous lipstick.

Lipstick- 08 Corail Transparent Mate:

Corail Transparent Mate is so pretty.  It is matte, and goes on very easily- a little goes a long way.  I really like it because it is a beautiful coral shade, however, it is almost a cross between coral and red, and so it pairs well with a lot of different eyeshadow colour looks.  This lipstick goes on matte, but my favourite thing about it is that it is NOT drying.  Often times matte lipsticks can leave your lips feeling dry, but Maison Jacynthe’s almost has a creamy texture to it, so it’s easy to work with.  I also love the packaging of this product, how cute!!  It retails for C$33.00.

Tip: When using a matte lipstick such as this one, I suggest making sure you exfoliate your lips before application.  The only downfall to matte lipstick shades in my opinion is it really emphasizes dead skin if your lips are chapped.  I use a lip exfoliator before applying this and it goes on really well.

Overall Maison Jacynthe has a phenomenal makeup line.  I am so impressed at how pigmented the eyeshadows and lipstick are, a little of these products go a long way.  For a brand that has no chemicals and is made with natural ingredients, the makeup measures up to other high-end brands products that I use.  If you are looking for a birthday gift for someone, or still doing your holiday shopping, I strongly suggest checking out Maison Jacynthe!

Here are some swatches of all 3 products:

Kismet Essentials- Coco Rinse Review

A few weeks ago, I posted on my social media accounts that I was sent Kismet Essentials’ product “Coco Rinse” and to watch for a review soon.  A lot of you were intrigued by this product and the oil pulling method.  First off, I would like to thank Kismet Essentials for sending me their product, I am so delighted!

Before I get into the review, here is a quick bio on Kismet Essentials.  They are a company based in Vancouver, BC (Yay for a Canadian brand) and they pride themselves on trying their best to use natural based products in their own lives, so they wanted to bring those kind of  products to their customers.  Their goal is to provide customers with products that will help them enjoy a naturally healthy and beautiful life.  All of their ingredients are organic, non-GMO, and ethically sourced from sustainable resources.  They are proud to provide products that make their customers feel good about what they bring into their home and put in their bodies.  Their products are good for you and our planet!

To be honest, the oil pulling method was something I had not tried, because I wasn’t really sure what it was all about, or how it could give you whiter teeth.  So like most people, I stuck to whitening strips.  Those of you who follow my blog know I love to use products like Coco Rinse that contain natural ingredients that benefit your body, skin and overall health.  I strongly believe in feeling beautiful inside as well as out, and Kismet Essentials believes in that philosophy too.  After doing some research on the oil pulling method, and Coco Rinse specifically, I was super excited to test this out.

In case you don’t know what the oil pulling method is, here is a description from their website: “Oil pulling is our favorite natural way to get whiter teeth and fresh breath! If you’ve never heard of it, oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic dental practice, also known as “kavala” or “gundusha”. It involves swishing a tablespoon of coconut oil daily in your mouth for 10-20 minutes to draw and pull our the toxins in your body.”

For additional information, check out this article on oil pulling by Helen Sanders at Health Ambition.  This article gives you detailed information on what oil pulling is, the different types of oils that can be used and the benefits of using this method.  Click here to read!

Kismet Essentials also lists some benefits of oil pulling on their website:

  • Whiter Teeth
  • Fresher Breath
  • Improved Digestion
  • Reduced Headaches
  • Cleaner Tongue and Mouth
  • Better Immune System
  • Healthier Gums
  • Reduced Plaque
  • Clearer, Softer Skin
  • Improved Skin Conditions (Eczema, Psoriasis etc)
  • Balanced Hormones

The Coco Rinse process is done over a 14 day period.  One of the things I love most is how easy it is to use.  You get 14 sachets in your kit, and you use 1 per day.  Open the sachet and put the product in your mouth, then swish it around for 10 minutes (or up to 20).  Yes- it’s seriously that easy.

Another thing I found awesome is how there is no mess.  When I have used whitening strips in the past, I would get it on my fingers and lips.  Because you have to peel the strips off and place them on your teeth, but none of this happens when using this product.  Coco Rinse is also mint flavoured, so it tastes good!  It’s basically like using mouthwash, you swish it around and there is no mess.

After the 10 minutes are up, you simply spit it out.  Do not swallow it, because it contains all of the toxins it has drawn out, so make sure to spit it out!  Another thing I love is how it does not leave that grimy feeling of film residue on your teeth; my teeth actually feel cleaner after I use this product.  I am SO impressed.

Click here for a quick how-to video.

If you have used whitening strips before, you have probably experienced the sensitivity and discomfort that comes along with using these.  Coco Rinse gave me zero pain or sensitivity over the entire 14 day duration, including now that I am done using the kit.

After my 14 days of continued use I can see that my teeth are whiter.  I am one to really take care of my teeth, I brush twice a day and floss once a day.  When I was younger I had braces, so I now have a small wire on the back of some of my teeth to keep them straight.  If you’ve had braces and now have these wires as well you know how annoying it is to floss with these.  I do my best, but it is the only spot where I will get plaque buildup because it’s so hard to floss around the wires.  Since using Coco Rinse I notice a BIG difference with my wires.  Using this in conjunction with my flossing has removed basically ANY buildup I had accumulated since my last teeth cleaning, I cannot get over it!!

Overall I am really happy with the results!  This product is a dream if you are someone like me who is obsessed with brushing and flossing haha and also because it is natural, whitens teeth and helps to keep plaque away which = cleaner smile = makes me super happy!  You can purchase Coco Rinse here for C$29.99, or a monthly subscription for C$25.99.  Shipping is $10.00 worldwide or FREE on orders above $50.00.  Also if you click here and sign up using your e-mail address you can get 15% off your first purchase!

Side note: Kismet Essentials also has an AWESOME blog on their website.  You can find lots of posts regarding coconut oil and its many benefits.  There is a post on how to get longer eyelashes using coconut oil, just saying 😉 so yeah I will be trying this!!!  You can view their blog by clicking here.  If you have tried Coco Rinse, or you will be, leave me a comment below!

Thank you SO MUCH to Dave and everyone at Cityline for having us.  You treated us to an amazing experience, and showed us a side of broadcast that not many people get to see unless they work in the industry.  The crew really is like a family there, and it is inspiring to see a group of individuals come together, work hard and produce something so many people love like Cityline.

Here is a photo of the extremely generous gift bag we received.  Will be doing some individual posts on some of these products:

I also did a short question interview with Dave on his role with Cityline, and the beauty industry in general.  I wanted to include it in this post, but it would be too long, and I also really think it deserves its own feature/post.  I will instead include it as a separate piece, so stay tuned on my blog this week for that- you won’t want to miss this!  Those of you that already know Dave as well know how kind he is, and I am so grateful he took the time to answer some questions I asked him, and that I can share this with all of you.  I cannot wait for you to see that post this week!

The taping we attended will be airing on Friday, September 9th on CityTV.  If you missed the fun, you can see it all under the hashtag #citylinebeauty.
